. . rien que de très logique.

Ca approche:
EU to cancel visas for Ukrainians next month – Commissioner Hahn

Visa regime for Ukrainians to be lifted by the end of October, EU Commissioner for Enlargement says
The European Union will lift the visa regime for the Ukrainian citizens as early as next month, EU Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn has told in an exclusive comment to Deutsche Welle.
"I hope and I am convinced that it will happen in October. There are very positive signals from both EU member states and from the European Parliament. That is why it should happen," he said, commenting on the prospects of a visa-free travel for Ukraine, DW reported.
As UNIAN adds, the issue of granting Ukraine visa-free regime should be considered at the meeting of Justice and Home Affairs Council of the European Union, according to Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Olena Zerkal. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin earlier said he expected to see a positive decision of the European Parliament on a visa-free regime for Ukraine until November.

Encore une étape franchie:
Today EP Committee to approve report on visa-free regime for Ukraine – Plenkovic
MEP, the head of EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Association Committee Andrej Plenkovic (Wikimedia)
Very positive opinion on this report has already been received in the Committee on Foreign Affairs
On September 26, the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs will approve the positive report for Ukraine, prepared by the rapporteur Maria Gabriel (Bulgaria), UNIAN reports referring to Croatian member of the European Parliament (MEP), the head of EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Association Committee Andrej Plenkovic's interview with Segodnya newspaper.
According to Plenkovic, a "very positive opinion" on this report has already been received in the Committee on Foreign Affairs, which was prepared by MEP from Poland Jacek Saryush-Wolski, who constantly promotes the idea of Ukraine. After that, this issue will be included in the agenda of the plenary session of the European Parliament, he said.

MEP also said that the committee would do its best to achieve a positive result and a positive vote. Plenkovic said that the only question EP had to understand was a problem about the migration crisis and refugees. The issues of visa liberalization are associated with it, which complicates the process, he stressed.

MEP names conditions for visa waiver for Ukraine
Despite formal implementation by Kyiv of all requirements of the European Commission needed to be granted a visa-free regime, the European Parliament believes that Brussels needs a special mechanism that will give it the "levers for monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption legislation and judicial reform" in Ukraine, the Ukrainian service of Deutsche Welle reported.
Reuters
The mechanism of suspension of a visa-free regime, which is currently under development, should be supplemented by a requirement to continue the implementation of necessary standards and criteria, according to Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, the rapporteur on Ukraine in the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament.
He also noted that a visa-free regime should be provided to Ukraine now, but he advises Kyiv not to forget that along with this, the mechanism of suspension of a visa-free regime will be presented as well as soon as its provisions are worked out.
After the approval of the visa liberalization report in the appropriate committee of the European Parliament, the European Parliament, the European Commission, and the European Council are to hold tripartite negotiations. When the agreement is reached between these bodies, the resolution on visa liberalization for Ukraine will be put to the vote in the European Parliament.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) on Monday approved a report on visa-free travel for Ukraine and provided a mandate for the launch of talks between the EU's institutions.
Parubiy hopes for positive EU decision on visa-free regime for Ukraine in early October
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy hopes for a final vote of the European Parliament on granting visa-free regime in the beginning of October.
"European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) has backed a report today on granting Ukraine a visa-free regime. I welcome this decision of our European partners and thank them for their consistent support of Ukraine," Parubiy said on his Facebook page making comments on the correspondent committee’s decision.
He recalled a meeting with European Parliament President Martin Schulz, who said that "on condition of a positive decision of the profile committee, the final vote on granting a visa free regime will take place at the next session of the European Parliament in early October."
"Therefore, I believe that a week later European MPs will support this important and familiar to every Ukrainian citizen issue," Parubiy said.
The speaker also said after the receipt of a visa-free regime with the EU "every Ukrainian will really feel himself full free citizen of the free world."
As reported on Monday, the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties and Home Affairs (LIBE) voted in favor of the introduction of Ukraine in the list of countries with which the EU introduces a visa-free regime.
The committee members rejected all the amendments made to the report of the European MP Mariya Gabriel (European People’s Party) from Bulgaria on the Ukrainian issue.

European Parliament waits for EU Council final decision on visa abolition for Ukrainians
The European Parliament waits for the start of negotiations with the EU Council on approval of a final decision on the abolition of visa requirements for Ukrainians as soon as possible.
This has been stated by Bulgarian MEP Maria Gabriel, the rapporteur on this issue, on the results of a successful voting regarding visa liberalization for Ukraine in European Parliament’s Committee, an Ukrinform correspondent reported from Brussels.
"So now the European Parliament waits for the Council to have a very clear position in order to start the interinstitutional negotiations as soon as possible," the MEP said.
She stressed that weaving the visa obligation for Ukrainian citizens who held biometric passports represented a concrete achievement.
"Achievement in our partnership, achievement of our common inspiration for peace, stability and security," Gabriel said.
